The challenge
Oak Security Group made excellent hardware but told a generic story. In a market where every competitor leads with specs, the brand had no emotional footing with distributors or end buyers — and no consistent voice across channels.
The approach
Rebuilt the brand strategy from the audience up: mapped the buyer journey for distributors and facility managers, defined a voice that trades fear-mongering for quiet confidence, and rolled the new positioning through web copy, product literature, and sales enablement materials.
